The villa is in a quiet location on two floors and has ample parking for two cars with a large driveway. There is 2,430 square feet of living space featuring two living areas and is fully air-conditioned throughout with separate controls for upstairs and down.
The pool area has a large extended sundeck area complete with quality pool/patio furniture, ideal for breakfasting after a morning swim. The swimming pool can be heated and made safe for smaller children by using the safety fence. The large sundeck provides a spacious environment to spend your day relaxing on the sun-loungers.
The home also provides all you need to entertain the family. A Games room including Pool, Air Hockey, Fussball & Electronic darts. A Wireless broadband enabled PC, free to use or bring your own Laptop. Cable TVs in all bedrooms and two PS2's, or just relax and watch a DVD. Our main TV is a 37 inch flatscreen with HD enabled and our main cable box has been upgraded and has access to most English Premiership football live as well as all the main US sporting events.
