On-line bookings are held for 3 working days until receipt of deposit (£100/$175 per week). On receipt of the deposit we will confirm the booking in writing (and by email). The final balance plus a security deposit of £150/$300 is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. Pool and spa heating (recommended October - May) is an optional additional cost (£84/$147 per week). Bookings of 6 days or less incur a cleaning surcharge of £60/$105 and we offer a discount for bookings of 21 days or more.

On completion of the on-line booking form we will email you with options on how to pay the deposit.We accept Sterling,Euros or US cheques or you can Wire or Post cheques directly to our Bank. Alternately we can accept payment via Paypal - A link will be sent to you with details if you wish to make payment this way.
